Gantry
ZEUS Fixed Gantry Milling Machines are designed for the machining of models and moulds for the automobile and industrial sectors and the robustness of their structure guarantees absolute machining precision. The wide base of the structure, designed with high rigidity, allows for the use of wide slides , maintaining optimal dynamicity and precision at maximum drive. Dimensioned columns and an inclined crosstie enhance the rigidity. The extreme proximity of the centre of the spindle to the central point of the crosstie allows precise and smooth movement also in heavy-duty machining without affecting the structure. Three axes that slide along prismatic slides with separate lubrication and cooling. The slide covering is in stainless steel.
